Beautiful Imari style pattern featuring rich cobalt blue, rust/terracotta flowers, green enamel accents, and gold gilding, complete with its original center metal handle. Stamped on the bottom "Made in Carlisle Ware Burgess Bros Longton England". Great decorative piece for afternoon tea or vintage tableware displays!
